Advisory Boards, are one of those items Business Owners often her about and contemplate havng as part of their business, but don’t really know what to look for or how to start. The questions often arise of ‘What they are needed for, and when they are not needed’, ‘How are they different from Boards” and ‘Does my business need this to drive success’. Plus how to go about achieving them and what to look for in setting them up successfully. Being SME’s or business owners, cost and time are 2 key points we all watch, we need a return on investment in either, and we want to maximise outcomes and drive success. However the only time we really think about an Advisory Board is often when we her of how successful one is, but then as a Business Owner we get caught up in the everyday need to drive revenue and lack the time and knowledge to really assess if an Advisory board may be a positive force in our business.

Dale Cook from DB3 Advisory has been solving this problem for businesses for many years, across all sectors and business sizes. He will give a non-nonsense review of just what can be achieved, how to do it successfully, and more importantly is it something for your business or not? Are there better options or strategies?

In this meeting members will have the opportunity to hear from an expert in the field who works with SME’s to achieve successful Board structures and outcomes. Dale has a focus on making these achievable, realistic and cost effective. You will be given the opportunity to ask questions and really get a good idea of the initiatives and tools that you can use in your business to help drive further success.
