Date/Time: Thursday, July 29 2021. 8am networking. 8.30am – 12.00pm Peer Group Meeting.
Restarting Sales in The Digital Age
Because of COVID, key aspects of leadership, workforce engagement, productivity, and
skills have moved into uncharted territory.
One of the most significant impacts has been on the Sales team who have had to quickly
adapt to new ways of engaging with customers and closing deals on virtual platforms. In
the new normal, virtual engagement with clients will remain a core part of doing business.
Sellers will need to generate differentiation in the digital space, creating real-time
experiences that are authentic, relevant, and distinctive and that enable them to offer their
value propositions in a credible and winning manner.
In IBM’s Institute of Business Value Study conducted in 2020, the business competencies
that account for the largest part of an organization’s expected growth are those centered
around employees and customers. These include:
1. How to enable Sellers and Sales Leadership to engage better with customers?
2. What key capabilities are now in demand for Sellers in order to accelerate growth?
3. What changes are required to the way we incentivize and reward new Seller
Join Pallavi in this session as she shares best practices and case studies from her work at
IBM, on how to restart sales in the digital age.
